We will discuss options with you and if the project involves work we do not perform, we generally can recommend someone local who can help. REPAIRS
It could be a light switch that doesn't turn on your light anymore...a door lock that doesn't lock anymore...or simply a puddle under your kitchen sink. Sooner or later, things will break. If you need a hand installing a new switch, replacing a lockset, fixing a leak, or assistance with any other repair, please let us know!
INSTALLATIONS
Ordered a new dishwasher but have no one to install it? Is your Ikea closet still sitting in the flat cardboard box it was shipped in? Maybe it is simply the need to have some pictures hung on the wall. We can arrange a time to come take care of most types of installations. There is no such thing as a job that is too minor. If you want it done, call us!
FLOORING
A new floor can transform a room. We can install ceramic and porcelain tile as well as hardwood and laminate products. We can also refinish your floors by sanding or screening. If you are considering a new floor, please ask us about in-floor heating. We are a distributor of NuHeat products and can show you how to add warmth to your floor.
BATHROOMS
Perhaps your vision includes demolishing your bathroom down to the studs to start from scratch or maybe all you need is to replace the vanity and medicine cabinet to match a fresh coat of paint. Share your ideas with us and let us help make your dream a reality. We can also simply install a new faucet or replace a faulty bathroom fan.
PAINTING
Whether it is one wall or an entire apartment or house, we can give you a estimate on whatever interior painting job you have in mind. We do plastering, taping, patching, caulking and priming to make sure your surfaces are prepared before the first brush of color gets applied. Insulating and sheet-rocking services are also available.
DECKING
Replacing deck boards, rebuilding or simply securing deck railings, installing new fencing... we love outdoor woodworking! We can replace, repair, resurface, or simply repaint your deck or fencing so that you can enjoy the outdoors. Call us for a free estimate. We can usually present several options whether it is safety-related or just a different design.
CARPENTRY
We can install all types of trim work in your home including crown molding, baseboards, door and window casings, chair and picture molding. No job is too small for us: we are happy simply installing a handrail on your staircase or replacing a closet door. We can also frame out partition walls, closets, basements and others rooms based on your plans.
